The After Shave Gel with Ethience Protect has a light texture and is quickly absorbed. Combining the properties of Ethience® Protect, which restores damaged skin from shaving, and Beraclay Light Green, which helps control skin oiliness, this gel promotes hydration and provides a refreshing effect, while it restores and repairs the skin.
Beraclay Light Green contains Montmorillonite which offers several benefits to the skin. It is also a useful component to formulas promoting benefits such as stability. It is highly recommended for oily skin. Its colloidal structure forms two silicate layers, composed of small particles (smaller than the particles of other minerals).
Ethience® Protect is the eco-conscious barrier function balancer. It focuses on the skin’s three structural layers. It is obtained from a co-product of sustainable Brazil Nut oil production.

Procedure for After Shave Gel with Ethience Protect
- Mix the ingredients of phase (A) and homogenize.
- Disperse phase (B) into phase (A) under stirring and homogenize it for 15 min. with medium stirring.
- Add phase (C) into (A+B) under stirring and homogenize until form the gel.
- Add phases (D) and (F) into the phase (A+B+C) while stirring.
- Check the pH and if necessary, adjust to 5.0-5.5.
