PROCESS:
1/ Heat up phase B to 40°C- 50°C under stirring
2/ Heat up phase Al to 40°( – 50°( and add pre-mix A2 under stirring
3/ Add phase A3 and stir for 20 minutes
4/ Emulsify phase B into phases Al/ A2/ A3 under stirring for 0 minutes. Under cold water bath, continue to emulsify ° for 20 minutes at medium-speed to stay at a temperature below 40 C
5/ Add phase C under stirring
