PROCEDURE:

  1. Add predisperse Cosmedia® SP in glycerin to water, once fully hydrated add the remaining ingredients one by one.
  2. Begin heating Phase A to 75 ± 3°C.
  3. In a separate container begin heating Phase B and mix until uniform.
  4. Add Phase B to Phase A and homogenize until uniform.
  5. Switch to sweep mixing and begin cooling to 40 ± 3°C.
  6. Add Phase C ingredientsto batch.
  7. Add Phase D ingredients individually and continue cooling to 25 ± 3°C.
