Manufacturing process

  1. Heat Phase A to 80-85C. Use a water bath.
  2. Mix homogenously ingredients of Phase B and add to Phase A while stirring.
  3. When homogeneous and thickened, add ingredients of Phase C as a premix or one after another.
  4. Cool to 40C and add Phase D. Adjust pH to 4.80-5.20.
