Procedure for Cayenne Hair Make-Up Cream

  1. Heat the components of Phase B to 80°C while stirring until melting complete and. homogeneous appearance. 
  2. Disperse the ingredients of Phase A on top of the water, in the order listed, and heat up to 80°C.
  3. Add Phase B over the Phase A. Maintain temperature during 15 minutes while stirring.
  4. Add Phase C while stirring.
  5. Cool down and add Phase D at 50°C
