PROCEDURE:

  1. Combine phase A ingredients one at a time, mix until uniform with prop mixer before adding each ingredient, and adjust the pH to about 6.
  2. Pre-mix phase B and add to A, and mix until uniform.
  3. Heat AB to 70-75°C, and when at temperature add C to AB, mix until all waxes melt and is uniform.
  4. Cool batch to room temperature and add D ingredients one at a time, mix until uniform, then stop batch.
