PROCEDURE:

  1. Combine water and Hispagel 200, once a uniform gel has formed add remaining phase A ingredients.
  2. Heat phase A to 75 ± 3°C.
  3. Heat phase B to 75 ± 3°C.
  4. Add phase B to A while homogenizing. Switch to lightening mixing and continue mixing and cooling.
  5. Premix phase C and continue cooling.
  6. Combine phase D ingredients and mix well. Once uniform add to main bath at 40 °C.
  7. Add phase E and continue cooling to RT, mix well then stop.
