This Contour Highlight Balm is a holographic highlight balm that blends out to a universal bronze tone. Using only 5 raw materials, create a dual-toned eyeshadow, a contour-highlight cheek application, or even an hombre lip effect. It is preservative free, not tested on animals, not derived from animal origin, and China compliant.
This formulation features Cameleon™ Brown which is an encapsulated pigment that break easily beneath fingertips upon application for dramatic and consistent color transformation. Cameleon™ Brown brings inner light to most complexions, and can improve the appearance of facial and body skin without heavy coverage.

Procedure for Contour Highlight Balm
Mix the ingredients in Phase A at 300 rpm for 15 minutes TEM45°C-50°C. Add Phase B and mix well at 150 rpm for 10 minutes. Add Phase C and mix well at 150 rpm for 10 minutes.
Appearance: light purple cream turning to sparkle brown with blue-purple shimmer upon applications.
