PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat Phase A to 85ºC ± 5ºC, while medium speed mixing until uniform
  2. Prepare Phase B colorants by dispersing in Cetiol® Sensoft via homogenizer
  3. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform
  4. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform
  5. While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB while medium speed mixing until uniform
  6. While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC while medium speed mixing until uniform
  7. While maintaining temperature, homogenize for 30 minutes
  8. While maintaining temperature, fill components
