Procedure:

Heat separately phase A and phase B to 80-85°C.

Add phase B to phase A while stirring. Allow the emulsion to cool while stirring. Homogenize at approx. 55°C with a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Ultra Turrax). Cool to 40°C and add phase C.

When homogeneous and thickened add phase D and adjust the pH value to pH 5.0 – 5.5. with phase E.
