PROCEDURE:

  1. Disperse pigments in the oils of Phase A (with high shear mixing or using shaker 2-5 cycles (10 min each)), add Phase B, and heat both phases together up to 85°C with high shear mixing.
  2. Disperse Phase C with vigorous mixing while maintaining the temperature at 85°C. After it becomes homogenous add ingredients in Phase D (one at a time) with high shear mixing.
  3. Start to cool down the batch with high shear mixing.
  4. Add Phase V while temperature drops to below 65°C with high shear mixing.
  5. Then pour the batch into the container while temperature is around 60°C.
