  1. Disperse the Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate in water and stir until completely homogeneous.
  2. Adjust pH to 3.50-4.00 with citric acid, diluted.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients in order listed while stirring (Irwinol® LS 9890 must be pre-melted before adding).
