PROCEDURE:

  1. In an appropriate vessel, prepare Phase A by dispersing pigments into remaining Phase A ingredients via homogenizer. Heat to 70ºC ± 5ºC while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  2. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  3. While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  4. Cool to 60ºC ± 5ºC. Add Phase D to Phase ABC while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  5. While maintaining temperature, fill components.
