PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat Phase A to 85ºC ± 5ºC, while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  2. While maintaining temperature, add predispersed Phase B to Phase A while high speed mixing until uniform.
  3. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  4. Reduce temperature of Phase AB to 75ºC ± 5ºC, add Phase C to Phase AB, while high speed mixing.
  5. Cool to 75ºC ± 5ºC, and fill components.
