Procedure for Long Lasting SPF Day Wear

Mix Phase A for 5 minutes at 300 rpm at 80°C. Add Phase B gradually under mixing 400 rpm/80°C. Mix for another 2 minutes at 400 rpm/80°C. Homogenize the mixture for 3 minutes/80°C/13k rpm. Mix Phase C for 15 minutes at 300 rpm at 90°C. Add Phase C very gradually to AB under homogenization 15.6k rpm/80°C. Homogenize the mixture for 2 minutes/80°C/16k rpm. Continue mixing at 200 rpm (without heating) until the temperature of the base is between 25-30°C. Add Phase D gradually to the mixture of ABC under mixing 200 rpm for 10 minutes with a paddle. 

pH: 5.5
Appearance: light grey cream turning to brown upon application
