Procedure

I. Thoroughly blend Phase A in appropriate dry blending/dispersing equipment.
II. Pre-disperse Phase B until uniform.
III. Spray Phase B into Phase A, pulverize and return to blender.
IV. Add Phase C to Phase AB and blend until uniform.
V. Package into appropriate containers.
