PROCEDURE:
- Phase A Slowly add the Cosmedia® Guar C 261 N to water and adjust pH <6.5 with Citric Acid. Mix for 10~20min.
- Add Phase B ingredients in order to Phase A and mix until uniform.
- Add Phase C ingredients to Phase A+B. Adjust the final pH between 5.5 to 6.5 with Citric Acid.
