PROCEDURE:

  1. Combine phase A and heat to 75-80°C.
  2. Combine phase B and heat to 75-80°C.
  3. Add phase B to phase A while homogenizing; homogenize until uniform (1-3 minutes).
  4. At the end of the homogenization process add phase D and homogenize at low to medium speed.
  5. Transfer to propeller mixing and mix well to allow polymer to swell.
  6. Below 40°C add phase D ingredients one at a time and mix well in between additions.
