Manufacturing Process
Step 1
Prepare phase A by introducing water and 1,2-Propylene Glycol Care and dissolve the Poloxamer prills with gentle stirring and heating.

Step 2
Then add the components of phase B step by step to phase A in the given order.

Step 3
Prepare phase C by pre-mixing the flavour with Eumulgin® CO 455, and Plantaren® 1200 UP step by step.

Step 4
Add the phase C to the mixture slowly with stirring.

Step 5
Finally add phase D
Measure pH of final MW
Target pH – 3.5
