Procedure:

1. Heat phase A at 75-80°C.

2. Add the Olivem®1000 flakes and BHT (phase B) directly into the hot water, under magnetic stirring;

3. Stir for 5 minutes and then homogenize for 1 minute using a suitable dispersion unit (Siverson, UltraTurrax);

4. Cool down under very low stirring and add phase C below 40°C;

5. Cool down to room temperature while gently stirring.
