Procedure:

  1. Disperse Rheozan® SH with Glycerin. When fully wet, add deionized water and mix until homogenous then add Jaguar HP 120 COS. Add a small amount of citric acid to speed up the hydration. Transparent gel will be formed.
  2. Add the ingredients in Phase B and Phase C, while mixing.
  3. Adjust the pH with NaOH to pH 5-6
