PROCEDURE:

  1. In an appropriate vessel, thoroughly blend Phase A (of specific shade) under medium shear, until uniform.
  2. Lowering shear level, add Phase B ingredients to Phase A and mix until uniform.
  3. In a separate vessel, combine all Phase C ingredients. Heat to 80°C ± 5°C while medium speed mixing, until uniform.
  4. Slowly, while maintaining low shear level, spray Phase C into Phase AB and mix until uniform.
