PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare phase A and disperse the thickeners using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, UltraTurrax ), heat to 75-80°C;
2. Prepare phase B and warm it to 70-75°C;
3. Add phase B to phase A homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax );
4. Cool batch to 40°C while stirring;
5. Adjust batch pH to 5.0-6.0 with phase C and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g.,Silverson, Ultra-Turrax );
6. Add phase D items one by one and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, UltraTurrax ).
