Process:
Add Rheocare® C Plus to water and stir until a totally homogeneous gel is built, then neutralize to pH 6.0-7.0 by Sodium Hydroxide (25% solution). Premix ingredients of phase B and add to phase A while stirring. Heat phases A+B and C to 75-80°C separately. Add phase C to phase A+B under stirring. Phase D: Beta Hydroxide ACSD must be dissolved in hot water, then add to phase A+B+C at T<40°C under stirring. Then cool down and add ingredients of phase E at T<40°C one by one under stirring. Adjust pH with phase F to 5.0.
