PROCEDURE:
Start base Formula:
- In a side kettle, weigh Phase A, medium speed mix until uniform
- Slowly sprinkle Phase B into Phase A, heat to 70±5°C.
- In the main kettle, weigh Phase C, heat to 80±5°C and homogenize until uniform
Add Shade Phase:
- Pulverize Phase D
- Add Phase D to Phase C, maintaining temperature and homogenize until uniform
- Add Phase AB to Phase CD, maintaining temperature and homogenize
- Add Phase E to Phase ABCD, maintaining temperature and mix until uniform
- Slow speed sweep until cooled to 25±5°C
- Fill component
