Procedure for Simply Sheer Sunscreen Stick SPF 30
Combine Phase A in a beaker and begin heating to 75°C on prop mix. Note temperature at which all solids melt and phase becomes a uniform liquid. Add Phase B, continue prop mix. Temperature will drop, bring it back up about 10 degrees above melt temperature noted above. Remove heat, begin cooling. As close to melt temperature as possible, pour into stick container, and allow to cool overnight.
