Manufacturing Process
1. Combine Phase A.
2. Pre-mix Phase B and then add into Phase A.
3. Pre-disperse a 0.1% solution in water. Then add noted concentration of solution to Phase AB.
4. Add Phase D to Phase ABC.
5. Fill components.
