Procedure for Tinted Lip Balm

  1. Mix Phase A ingredients and heat up to 60°C.
  2. Mix slowly until clear.
  3. Mix Phase B ingredients and add slowly under slow mixing to Phase A until homogenous.
  4. Add Phase C with paddle stirring until dispersed completely.
  5. Pack into appropriate container.
