Process
1. Heat Phase A1 up to 80°C1. Heat Phase A1 up to 80°C2. Disperse Phase A2 in A1 while stirring. Maintain temperature and agitation until a homogeneous gel is formed (minimum 40 minutes).3. Heat Phase B up to 80°C under agitation.4. Emulsion: At 80°C, add Phase B into phase A under high-speed agitation (defloculator 2 000 – 3 000 rpm). Maintain temperature and agitation for 10 minutes.5. Allow to cool down to 20-25°C while stirring gently.6. Add Phase C, Phase D and Phase E under gentle agitation.
