Procedure

  1. Prepare phase A at 80°C. Add phase B while stirring.
  2. Stir until the batch becomes smooth and homogeneous under gentle stirring.
  3. Cool down to 50C and add Phase C under high stir (2000rpm, 5 minutes)
  4. Cool down to room temperature under gentle stirring and add Phase D.
  5. If necessary adjust the pH value with Phase E to 5.8-6.0
