Education: B.S. Chemistry from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and currently working on M.S. in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati

Experience: Prior to joining Ross, Jennifer worked in various roles in R&D and Innovation at a contract manufacturer for over 11 years.

Why I enjoy Technical Development: Technical development within the personal care industry is amazing because it combines science and art in a way that brings joy and happiness to so many people.  Being able to partner with customers to innovate, develop, and problem solve is exceptionally rewarding, especially when surrounded by an amazing team that offers innovative materials and technologies for the industry.
