Procedure: 1.Add Phase A ingredients one by one. Mix well and heat to 75-80°C

2.Premix Phase B ingredients. Heat to 75-80°C and add to A.

3.Add phase C ingredient at 75-80°C. Mix well. Homogenize until smooth and uniform.

4.Add Phase C ingredients one by one to the main batch at 40°C

  •  

5.Adjust the pH to 7.0 with citric acid solution Results: Appearance: Opaque Viscous Cream
