Procedure:

1. Prepare phase A and disperse the thickener using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra
Turrax, etc.) warm it up to 75-80°C
2. Add the Olivem®1000 Crystal SkinTM flakes (phase B) directly into the hot water, under magnetic

stirring
3. Stir for 1 minute and then homogenize for 1 minute using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson,
Ultra Turrax, etc.)
4. Add phase C to phase A+B at 70-75°C homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson,
Ultra Turrax, etc.)
5. Cool down to 40°C using a water bath while stirring
6. Add phase D
7. Adjust pH with phase C homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax,
etc.)
