PROCEDURE:

  1. Combine phase A ingredients individually in the order given.
  2. Combine phase B and begin heating to 75 ± 3°C.
  3. Heat phase A to 75 ± 3°C.
  4. Add phase B to A under homogenization.
  5. Switch to lightenin’ mixing and continue mixing at high shear.
  6. Homogenize batch at medium speed 55°C, then switch to lightenin’ mixing.
  7. Continue cooling to RT, homogenize at RT if necessary.
