Experience: James joined the Ross team in June 2020 bringing over 12 years of industry experience with him. His former roles include everything from production to lab to technical sales, having worked for both customers and suppliers such as SKINN Cosmetics, Gordon Labs, and Rita Corporation.

Why I enjoy Technical Sales: With a background in everything from purchasing to lab to scale-up, I like finding solutions for customers. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them get the best results in whatever challenges they have and am happy to have a dedicated knowledgeable team to work with.
