Education: MS Chemistry from UC San Diego; BS Chemistry from UC Irvine

Experience: Renee joined Ross Organic in 2022 after three years as a R&D chemist at JAFRA Cosmetics International.  Prior to joining the cosmetic industry, she was a graduate research student at UCSD for 2 years and studied surface chemistry within indoor environments.

Why I enjoy Formulating: I enjoy being a formulation chemist because being able to develop a product from concept to manufacturing is exciting and fulfilling.
