PROCEDURE:

  1. In large beaker, pre-mix phase A on prop mix until uniform.
  2. Add phase B individually, under hood/ventilation, with prop mix until wetted and uniform.
  3. Move batch to silverson mill, and homogenize at 3000-4000 rpm for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add phase C, on mill, ramp up speed to 5000-6000 rpm as batch thickens, make sure completely dispersed.
  5. Move batch back to prop mix and add phase D, separately, under hood/ventilation. Mix until uniform. Batch will thicken with phase D.
  6. Stop mixing when too thick to move and desired texture is achieved.
