PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1. Prepare phase A, dispersing Xanthan Gum using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax) and warm it up to 75-80°C;
2. Prepare phase B, warm it up to 70-80°C, add it to phase A and then homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g.Silverson, Ultra Turrax);
3. Cool down to room temperature using under gentle stirring;
4. Add phase C and phase D using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax).
