Procedure for Brightening Hand Cream
Mix Phase A at 80°C. Mix Phase B at 80°C. Add Phase A gradually to B under homogenization for 10 minutes at 80°C. Add Phase C under homogenization for 5 minutes at 80°C. Cool the formula to 50°C. Add Phase D under mixing for 2 minutes. Add Phase E gradually under mixing for 250 rpm for 20 minutes. In a separate vessel, mix ingredients of Phase F. Add Phase E gradually under mixing at 250 rpm for 5 minutes.
pH: 5.5 – 6.5
Appearance: off white cream
