PROCEDURE:

  1. Add ingredients of Phase A in order listed with adequate agitation, making sure all components are completely dissolved before adding the next.
  2. Premix ingredients of Phase B until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Add pre-mix into Phase A.
  3. Fill into appropriate containers and charge with propellant (Phase C).
