PROCEDURE:

  1. Pre-mix phase A in large beaker and disperse phase B. Once fully hydrated begin heating to 75 – 80 C.
  2. Pre-mix oil phase C to 80-85 C with prop mixing when liquid. At temperature, add phase C to phase AB under homogenization until uniform.
  3. Move to sweep blade and allow the to cool. Pre-mix phase E.
  4. Add phase D, individually, below 45 C while mixing. Add pre-mixed phase E. Move to homogenizer and mix until uniform.
  5. Move back to sweep and continue mixing until batch is below 35 C.
