PROCEDURE:
- Disperse Xanthan Gum and Magnesium Aluminum Silicate in the water phase. Once fully hydrated add remaining Phase A ingredients and begin heating to 75 ± 3°C.
- Combine Phase B and homogenize until uniform.
- Add Phase C to Phase B and begin heating to 75 ± 3°C.
- Add phase D to phase BC and continue heating to 75 ± 3°C.
- Add Phase BCD to Phase A while homogenizing.
- Switch to sweep mixing and cool to 40 ± 3°C.
- Add Phase E to batch and continute mixing to room temperature.
- Adjust pH (to 7) if necessary.
