PROCEDURE:

  1. In the main kettle, heat Oleocraft LP-20 to 90°C ± 5°C until completely melted. Begin medium speed mixing.
  2. Add remaining ingredients in Phase A, waiting in between additions, until totally clear and uniform.
  3. Reduce temperature to 80°C ± 5°C. Slowly add Phase B ingredients to Phase A, waiting in between additions, until totally clear and uniform.
  4. In a side container, pre-mix Phase C ingredients. While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB.
  5. While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC. Fill components.
