Procedure:

1. In the main vessel prepare phase A and disperse the thickener using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax®) and warm it to 75-80°C;

2. In a secondary vessel prepare phase B and heat it to 75°C;

3. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, UltraTurrax® );

4. Cool down under gentle stirring;

5. Add phase C and adjust the pH to between 6.0 and 7.0 using phase D.
