Procedure:
- At RT, mix phase A until uniform.
- Under agitation, add pre dispersed phase B. (phase B preparation: weight out the components of phase B (except water) and mix them absolutely, then add water slowly under agitation, stir well to be a clear solution).
- Add the components of phase C under agitation, stir until uniform.
