This formulation features Refined Buriti Oil which is extracted from the fruit pulp, is rich in oleic fatty acids and high concentration of carotenoids, especially vitamin A. These characteristics are beneficial for after sun treatment, moisturizing and skin elasticity. This ingredient has proven efficiency in the preservation of skin moisturizing and decrease in trans epidermal water loss.
Cupuacu Butter, extracted from the fruit seeds, acts as an emollient, providing a pleasant touch, softness and smoothness to the skin, promoting the recovery of natural moisture and elasticity by strengthening the skin barrier, especially in dry and mistreated skin

Procedure for After Sun Body Lotion
- In the main beaker, add Phase A and heat up to 75°C – 80°C.
- In an auxiliary beaker, add Phase B and heat up to 75°C – 80°C while stirring.
- Add Phase B into Phase A while stirring.
- Start to cool down and add Phase C below 40°C.
- Check the pH value and adjust to 5.0 ± 0.5.
