PROCEDURE:
- Combine Water and Rheocare HSP. Once a uniform gel heat to 45
- Add Beta Hydroxyde ASCD once batch is clear and uniform begin cooling
- Premix phase B and add to the main batch
- Add phase C mix
- Adjust pH to 4.5
