Refreshing Velvet Caring Toner Essence Mist 1. Weigh phase A and B separately and mix each phase until uniform 2. Add phase B into phase A and mix them until uniform (the mixture is transparent) 3. Add phase C into the base(A+B) and mix them until uniform 4. Adjust pH with phase D. Add phase E and fill components.
