Procedure:
- Heat phases A and C at 80°C.
- Introduce phase B in phase A at 80°C, and have a high stir untill it becomes homogeneous.
- Introduce phase C in phase A+B and have a higth stir during 10 minutes at 80°C.
- Prepare phase D at room temperature
- Prepare phase E at room temperature (not over 30°C)
- Cool down the preparation at room temperature (not over 30°C) with gentle stir and finally add phases D, E, F.
Specifications:
- pH value (23°C): 5.8
- Appearance: Butter
