PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare phase A and disperse Xanthan Gum using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax) and warm it up to 75-80°C;
2. Prepare phase B and warm it up to 70-75°C;
3. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax);
4. Let the emulsion cool down to room temperature under gentle agitation;
5. Add phase C.
